Hurricane Mills, Tenn., Aug. 16—The Tennessee Motorcycles and Music Revival is proud to announce their 2017 band and entertainment line up for the four-day Motorcycles and Music festival being held at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch. The “Revival” will showcase the area’s depth and devotion to music, motorcycles, military, food, art, entertainment, and southern hospitality. To ensure a great experience this year, the Lynn family will host 4,500 on-site campers on 400 acres of manicured countryside that adjoins the meandering Hurricane Creek.

Guests will enjoy live music at several locations on the grounds of Loretta Lynn’s Ranch.  Loretta’s Roadhouse will feature bands from morning until dawn including event headliners, John Anderson, Kentucky Headhunters, A Thousand Horses, with openers Ben Haggard, Keith Anderson and Jared Blake respectively. During the day and until the wee hours, artists will play on the same stage where Loretta regularly performs and has hosted Country Music legends such as Merle Haggard, Conway Twitty, Willie Nelson and many others over the years.  “This stage has such history and to perform there is inspiring,” shared Tayla Lynn Finger, spokesperson for the festival and Loretta’s granddaughter, who will also be performing.

Music will weave across the Ranch with singer-songwriters sharing the stories behind their songs, many Grammy award winning artists, along with acoustic performances and a “Pawn Shop All-Star” area where guests can come and jam together with the instruments that are provided.  For the real late-nighters, Mountain Sprout will keep the party going with bluegrass at the “Waterin’ Hole” along Hurricane Creek.

A Thousand Horses

Motorcycles, the love, the sport, the art will be featured everywhere.  Bill Dodge’s BC Moto Invitational will feature more than two dozen custom builders riding in to share their builds from across the country.  The extreme, daredevil himself, Rhett Rotten will be performing multiple shows every day at his Wall of Death.  An art exhibit will showcase the works of renown photographer, Bryan Helm and the art of Nashville’s Rob Nemeth.  Motorcycle gypsy and author, “Bean’re,” will be putting on grass-roots hooligan racing and motorcycle rodeo.

“Mayor of Fun” Motorcycle Gypsy Bean’re

The Revival will also feature Netflix comedy star Steve Trevino as an Emcee providing laughter and fun.  Hogway Speedway, a true favorite at county fairs, a mechanical bull, vendors of all types, and some of Nashville’s favorite specialty food trucks.

“This event is about the American spirit, not a typical bike rally, but rather a motorcycle & music festival celebrating some of the things many of us are passionate about.  Situated on the hallowed grounds of the first lady of country music herself, Loretta Lynn, makes it not an event, but an experience to share with others.” Stated Buck Shaw, partner, Tennessee Motorcycles and Music Revival.
