Bagger racing is the hottest new class in roadracing, and Indian is assisting three teams in MotoAmerica’s KOTB series and Drag Specialties’ new Bagger Racing League. The KOTB begins this weekend at Road Atlanta, while the BRL starts June 25 at Utah Motorsports Campus.
Reigning champ Tyler O’Hara is expected to be the rider to beat aboard the S&S Indian Challenger, while the third-place finisher in 2020, Frankie Garcia, will be riding the RSD Challenger.
Interestingly, Saddlemen abandoned their H-D Road Glide in favor of a Challenger and have enlisted female racer Patricia Fernandez to ride the Michael “Woolie” Woolaway-prepared bike in selected KOTB and BRL events.

Can you tell me what upgrades are the Challengers and Harley using this year engine wise ?
The cool thing about this class is that the modifications keep on coming, so it’s impossible to say exactly what’s been changed. This is even more true for the Harley contingent, which operate independently and have radically different tuning. Should be a fun race to watch at Road America this weekend!
