The newly launched H-D Membership program will allow Harley-Davidson riders and fans to connect with one another, ride together, get benefits and rewards, and stay up-to-date on all things Harley. One of the best things about riding is connecting with other riders, and this new program will make that easier for a wider range of riders.
“Our community is at the heart of everything we do – building on the success of the Harley Owners Group, H-D Membership will enhance the way in which we engage with our members, leveraging modern tools to connect riders, deliver new benefits and create new experiences,” said Jochen Zeitz, chairman, president, and CEO of Harley-Davidson. “We’re excited about giving our community of riders and non-riders a new way to connect on and off the road, while ensuring we deliver unique and tailored content to really make their experience with the brand as personalized as possible.”

The center of the program is a new app experience. Through the app, members can access member profiles, member groups, ride planning and sharing, and other tools. All of these tools are designed to make it easier to connect with other riders and engage with the Harley-Davidson community. The program will also deliver personalized content on new products, membership events, educational riding, and more.
The H-D Membership program will also introduce new loyalty rewards. Members will be able to earn points by purchasing products at participating H-D dealerships and through the H-D website, sharing content on the app, riding together, attending events, and completing challenges. Members with a Harley-Davidson Visa card can earn even more points for extra benefits.
While the H-D Membership program is free for anyone who wants to join, there are package levels with extra benefits for those looking to upgrade the experience. The Access Pass for riders and non-riders provides exclusive access to key brand events and content, as well as enhanced rewards and partner benefits. The Rider Pass includes roadside assistance, motorcycle service benefits, and partner benefits. Members who ride a Harley-Davidson can also choose to join the Harley Owners Group with even more benefits including extended roadside assistance, inspection benefits, and special rewards for engagement.
The H-D Membership program will be launched in the United States first, and Harley-Davidson will continue to roll out access to the program across its regions.
