This year will be Harley-Davidson’s 120th anniversary, and as we’d expect, the celebrations will be big. The four-day moto-culture Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival is set for July 13-16 in Milwaukee, the city where it all began back in 1903.
All great moto gatherings require great music. For the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival, rocking tunes will be provided by headliners the Foo Fighters and Green Day, as well as Social Distortion, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, Cody Jinks, Phantogram, White Reaper, and KennyHoopla.
“We are very excited to announce the Foo Fighters and Green Day as headliners at our Veterans Park festival location,” said Jochen Zeitz, Chairman, President and CEO of Harley-Davidson. “We can’t wait to host riders from all over the world in Milwaukee, as we come together as one Harley-Davidson family and welcome everyone to join us. With music at the heart of our festival, I can’t think of two more iconic American rock icons to join our community in celebrating 120 years of Harley-Davidson.”

Green Day is set to headline an evening show on Friday, July 14, and the Foo Fighters will headline the Saturday show on July 15. Both shows will take place at Veterans Park in downtown Milwaukee, which will also be the center of entertainment, activities, and food throughout the weekend. Also playing over the weekend are Cody Jinks, Social Distortion, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, Phantogram, White Reaper, and KennyHoopla.
The party doesn’t stop at Veterans Park, though. The Harley-Davidson Museum will host many free events such as free live music, food and beverage sites, and skills demonstrations. At the end of the weekend, a motorcycle parade will ride through Milwaukee on Sunday.
Over at the Harley-Davidson Powertrain Operations in Menomonee Falls, demo rides and product displays will be available. Visitors will be able to take a guided factory tour to observe where the Milwaukee-Eight and Revolution Max V-Twin engines are made.
Festivities will take place at six Harley-Davidson dealerships throughout the Milwaukee area as well, so there will be no shortage of locations or activities to check out.
Party goers can find a complete list of details and ticking options on Harley-Davidson’s website.
