PHOENIX, ARIZ.,—Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), a division of Universal Technical Institute and provider of post-secondary education for students seeking careers as professional motorcycle technicians, will host its 6th annual AZ Bike Week Garage Party on Saturday, March 29, at its Phoenix campus.
A main stop on the AZ Bike Week tour, the event will host a custom bike shop competition featuring several local shops, give attendees the chance to vote for their favorite builders and bikes, and see bikes pushed to the power limits on the Screamin’ Eagle dyno. Local bike shops, including Jim Nasi Customs, DP Customs, Evolution Custom Cycles, Bad Boy Designs and Knucklehead Cycles will compete for a coveted custom bike title.Instructors and students from MMI-Phoenix will also be on-hand to showcase the school’s many high-tech education offerings. More than 3,000 attendees are anticipated.
