Riders who appreciate thumping air-cooled V-Twins and are flush with cash will be envious of our time aboard the new 1s from ARCH Motorcycle, the company founded by acclaimed actor Keanu Reeves and designer Gard Hollinger.
The 1s is replete with scads of billet aluminum and carbon fiber in a sporty new chassis with a single-sided swingarm and carbon wheels. Shiploads of torque are provided by a stonkin’ 124ci S&S mill that breathes through an impressively complex carbon airbox that doubles as the fuel tank.
Each component on the 1s is worthy of second and third looks, from the CNC-machined frame elements to the high-end Ohlins suspension and the billet-aluminum fuel cap that cleverly levers up to reveal the filler neck.

ARCH Motorcycle, the Los Angeles-based bespoke production motorcycle company co-founded by Gard Hollinger and Keanu Reeves, today announced the official launch of its new ARCH 1s model. The 1s represents an evolution helping to define industry categories in the motorcycle world, mixing ARCH’s one-of-a-kind performance cruiser formula with an aggressive riding position to create a Sport Cruiser.
The ARCH 1s is the official second offering from ARCH (following the acclaimed KRGT1 model) and the company’s first production single-sided swing-arm motorcycle. It also debuts new mid-controls for a more aggressive riding position and handling, while featuring the 124ci, high-torque ARCH/S&S V-twin downdraft fuel injected engine, complemented by an ARCH designed exhaust system, and a carbon fiber fuel cell integrating the air intake and filtration system.
