A custom Indian Sport Chief RT, built by freestyle motocross legend and custom bike builder Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg, has been auctioned off for $180,000 at Barrett-Jackson for Indian’s second annual National Charity Ride, and the full amount will be donated to Folds of Honor.

The Sport Chief RT, which was new for 2025, is a performance cruiser competitive with Harley-Davidson’s Low Rider ST. It’s based on the standard Sport Chief but adds hard saddlebags with 10 gallons of capacity, an audio system tucked behind the fairing, a bolstered two-up seat, forward foot controls, and color-matching side panels. It’s powered by a Thunderstroke 116 V-Twin that makes 120 lb-ft of torque.

Twitch’s Sport Chief RT sports custom paint work from Finish FX, drawing on the American flag and honoring the families that Folds of Honor supports. Other parts for the build were provided by Kraus Moto Co. (foot controls and risers), Toce Performance (exhaust), and Hart Luck (grips).

Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to families of fallen and disabled service members and first responders. Including the $180,000 from the custom bike sale, Indian has raised more than $390,000 for Folds of Honor.

During the Indian Motorcycle National Charity Ride, chapters of the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group across the country ride on the same day, with each chapter planning their own route in their area starting and ending at the dealership. The 2025 event saw more than 200 chapters participate.
