Harley-Davidson’s series of Air Foil/Air Wing saddlebag lids and luggage racks has just been expanded to include owners of Softail, Sportster and Dyna models. The new Air Foil Premium Luggage Rack features rubber inlay strips to aid in traction and reduce shifting of cargo. Dedicated bungee mounting points are provided to simplify luggage tie-down. The low profile construction is finished with an arrow-inspired airfoil that defines the product line’s signature styling. The die-cast airfoil is capped with a Bar & Shield logo insert. Carrying a retail price of $209.95, the rack is available in either chrome or gloss black and fits the aforementioned models equipped with detachable or rigid-mount side plates. Take a deep breath
When Boyesen first introduced the Power X-Wing, it opened up a new and simple mode of utilizing air velocity for increased performance. Boyesen has taken their patented technique and ramped it up a few notches with their new Power X-Intake. Designed to fit all 2008–’11 Harley-Davidson FLH Touring models, the original X-Wing insert has been integrated into a backing plate and filter system. The one-piece casting features a Venturi cone for additional air speed (and increased throttle response) along with internal breather passages. The washable filter media is a poly/cotton blend that filters down to 40 microns. The unit accepts a stock filter cover and promises an installation without any modifications. The Cosmic Mesh Jacket by Harley-Davidson MotorClothes is fabricated from polyester mesh that allows female riders to stay cool while still offering protection. The distinctive sublimated print features a stylized eagle across the front and back. Specialized pockets hold hydration packets that, when soaked with water and affixed, provide additional cooling through evaporation. Pockets at the elbows and shoulders accept accessory body armor while the zippered cuffs and adjustable waist provide a custom fit. Retailing for $150, the Cosmic Mesh Jacket comes in XS-3W sizes.

The .38 Caliber Extended Saddlebags by Legendary Innovations deliver a whopping 40 percent increase in capacity while mounting on FLH Harley Touring models without the need for modifications. The bags are constructed from laminated fiberglass and finished on the interior with the company’s “Super Tuff” marine-grade liner. The bags come with a lid gasket seal, oversize fabric lid supports, mounting grommets and rubber bottom supports. The bags are designed to use your existing latches. Thirst quencher
No matter how massive your engine may be, all is for naught if you can’t feed it enough gas. One of the most respected manufacturers of aftermarket high-flow fuel valves is Pingel. And their latest offering is the über-cool Old School Polished Brass Fuel Valve. Machined from a solid piece of billet brass, the Brass Valve will flow nearly three times the amount of a stock petcock providing fuel to even the thirstiest of motors. The valve features a reserve setting and filter and is available in either a hex or round design. The 22mm style sells for $101.55 while the 3/8” NPT goes for $84.70.

Closing the gap
Although the newly released Blackline FXS has an optional Reduced Reach Seat available to aid in comfortably reaching the stubby stock handlebar, apparently The Motor Company felt that their new Pullback Handlebar for Softail Blackline would offer a second solution to address the situation. With four more inches of pullback than the OEM version, this new design brings the controls to within a comfortable distance and provides a more relaxed riding position. In keeping with the black-on-black theme of the Blackline, these bars are only available in gloss black. While they list for $219.95, the separate purchase of additional components is required.
