Working in collaboration with Red Wing, Indian has just unveiled the 2016 Red Wing Shoes Collection for Indian Motorcycles, which is currently on the rack (while supplies last) and includes three models. The Worthington is a men’s black 11″ pull-on boot with plain-toe styling, a Vibram 430 sole for increased grip and abrasion resistance and an instep strap. Named for the street in Springfield, Massachusetts, where Indian Motorcycle began full-scale production in 1902, these boots feature black harness leather, original Indian buckles and an embossed logo. The Spirit Lake model is a men’s brown lace-up modeled after Red Wing’s popular Iron Ranger. An 8″ boot, it has a Vibram 430 sole along with a double-layer toe cap, gun-metal eyelets and all-brown stitching. The Connelly is a women’s black pull-on boot named after Catherine Connelly, one of the brand’s earliest female riders. Based on Red Wing’s Engineer Boot, the Connelly is 11″ tall, has an oil-resistant cushion crepe heel, an instep strap and embossed logo with Indian buckles. All three models feature Goodyear welt construction with all selling for $319.99 each.
