BS&S Cycle took a hard look at its entire line of big bore kits for Harley-Davidson Sportster models, aiming to develop a more affordable product for those looking to juice up their bikes. Out came the Updated Big Bore Kits available for most 1986 to 2019 XL-series Sportsters. Each kit is still the same high-quality liner wrapped in cast aluminum and each includes high-compression pistons, rings, clips and gaskets. The Hooligan Kit still includes 482 cams, premium tappets and all of their XL kits are available in 1200cc or 1250cc. Kits start at $799.95.
