MINNEAPOLIS, MINN., JAN. 17-19–With Old Man Winter wreaking havoc across most of the U.S., the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows tour is doing its best to heat up two-wheel enthusiasts suffering from cabin fever thanks to record cold spells. The eighth stop on the IMS tour was in the frigid Twin Cities where locals were eager to come out for a weekend of all-things motorcycle… just so long as they’re indoors, that is.
