Was great to re-live a good time in years gone by. Whoa! That was 40 years ago. We were young once and brave
I showed my Dad this video. He remembers it well. He still remembers the original route he mapped out and planned. When my dad first started the redwood run in 76 he said “All the others around us have events and runs, why not us” it was originally just for those around the area to enjoy. This was also back when he was a regional rep for the MMA. He still has the bike that started the Run in the shed. His 1965 Panhead. He never thought it would still be around today some 44 years later with thousands attending.
