Roscoe’s Chili Challenge is a whole lot more than some chili cooking… It’s three days of one of the wildest parties of the year.
There will be Live Music, Contests & Games, Food, and of course the Famous Stage Show.
Returning to a BIKER rally!! To tent camp on the RCC grounds, one must RIDE a BIKE in!!
As for the Chili Challenge…
All chili MUST be cooked on site. Chili Cooking Will Be Judged On, BEST TASTING In Both Hot and Mild class.
