The 85th Sturgis Rally will take place Aug. 1-10, 2025, and the Sturgis Buffalo Chip has announced Five Finger Death Punch will take the Wolfman Jack Stage on Monday, Aug. 4. It’s the first concert announcement for next year’s rally, which surely will be followed by a list of other national-caliber bands to live up to the Chip’s claim as the largest music festival in motorcycling.

“The 85th Sturgis Rally is going to be bigger, louder, and more fun than any we’ve seen before,” said Sturgis Buffalo Chip CEO Rod Woodruff. “The Buffalo Chip team has been prepping for this anniversary for years. It’ll truly be one to remember, and Five Finger Death Punch will be a great addition to the rally experience. They’re going to rock the house down, just like they always do.”

Five Finger Death Punch will bring its groove-heavy metal to the stage of Sturgis Buffalo Chip this August.

Five Finger Death Punch (FFDP) stormed onto the heavy-metal scene in 2007 with their debut album The Way of the Fist, which was followed up by a string of groove-style metal albums that have achieved Platinum status for selling more than 1 million copies.

“FFDP have released knock-out hit after hit, pulverizing rock radio charts and the ears of their adoring fanbase with a powerful groove metal sound,” says the Chip.

FFDP is one of the most successful metal bands in recent times, and their ninth album, AfterLife, was released in 2022. The band will also perform at Arizona Bike Week on April 5, 2025.

In addition to world-class entertainment, Buffalo Chip guests can experience thrilling events, charity rides, top-tier bike shows, heart-pounding stunts, Women’s Day events, and racing during the 2025 party. Passes are on sale at the Buffalo Chip website.
