MILWAUKEE, Wis., Jan., 29–Harley-Davidson Motor Company is pleased to announce that it will double its contingency payouts to racers in the AMA Pro Grand National Twins class from $5,500 to $11,000 per race for the upcoming racing season.For 2013, Harley-Davidson Motor Company will provide a $143,000 contingency fund for twins riders competing on Harley-Davidson motorcycles in the series’ 13 scheduled twins events. The twins contingency program will pay out up to $11,000 per event to Harley-Davidson riders that place first through eighth place. The payout breakdown is as follows:

First place: $4,000
Second place: $2,000
Third place: $1,800
Fourth place: $1,200
Fifth place: $1,000
Sixth place: $400
Seventh place: $400
Eighth place: $200

To be eligible for Harley-Davidson contingency awards, riders must display the Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield logo prominently on their leathers either on the front chest or right ribcage area.
