MEDINA, MINN., MAY 17, 2013—Indian Motorcycle proudly donated a new 2013 Indian Chief Vintage to PACER Center for its Annual Benefit on May 11th. The motorcycle was auctioned for $32,000, and all proceeds benefit PACER, an organization that provides individual assistance, workshops, publications and other resources to help families make decisions about education and other services for their child or young adult with disabilities. In addition, PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center serves all children including those with disabilities by uniting and educating communities nationwide to prevent bullying.

PACER is an incredible organization focusing on empowering families with information. With motorcycle enthusiast Jay Leno as this year’s event host, we were proud to donate this 2013 Chief Vintage LE to the PACER Benefit.”
Leno took part in the PACER live auction, helping boost the sale of the motorcycle to $32,000. Since 2005, Polaris has been actively involved in the PACER Benefit donating ATVs, Rangers, snowmobiles and Victory motorcycles totaling more than $117,000.
PACER Center is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that relies on individual, corporate and foundation contributions and support. Only 16 percent of funds are used for management and fundraising, so 84 percent of tax-deductible donations goes directly to programs and services that assist all children including those with any disability and their families.

Jay Leno was fantastic in doing the auction of the motorcycle. We thank Polaris for their generosity and wonderful support for children!”
By making a donation, individuals are helping PACER provide opportunities for children and youth with disabilities. All contributions help keep services free of charge to families.
