Harley-Davidson and Indian have swapped the championship back and forth for six seasons, and out of three wins for Indian, two of them were achieved by Tyler O’Hara. The former Indian factory racer won the debut event in 2020, followed by the 2022 championship. He also has a Bonneville Land Speed record under his belt, as well as other MotoAmerica titles.

“I’m excited to join the SDI Racing Team for the 2026 MotoAmerica King Of The Baggers season,” said O’Hara. “SDI has proven they can win races, and the work the team has put in gives me full confidence that we have the tools to be competitive. I trained hard all winter and am ready to go racing. The goal is clear: podiums, wins, and a shot at the National Championship. Big thanks to SDI Racing and to all our partners and sponsors for their trust and support.”

SDI Racing returns to the KOTB scene after leaving the 2025 season on a high note with 2nd and 1st place finishes by SDI racer Cameron Petersen in the double-header finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

“Tyler brings an incredible amount of experience and professionalism to the team,” said Joe Tardiff, chief operating officer of SDI Racing. “His understanding of the motorcycle, his craft, and his approach to development align perfectly with what we’re building at SDI Racing. We’re excited to get to work, continue strengthening our program, and compete at the level we know this team is capable of.”

SDI Racing’s partners include Cameron Ashley, Law Tigers, Drag Specialties, and SDI Insulation, with additional support from S&S, Dunlop, K-Tech Suspension, Indian Motorcycle, FreedomRoad Financial, Motion Pro, RMR Construction, and LWG Construction.
