Mike Lyons has been riding motorcycles for a majority of his life. And he had pretty much blinged out his ride as much as possible using a ton of aftermarket accessories. That is until his attention fell on a neglected section, the front axle. Apparently after a long ride, and a few beers, Lyons felt that a finishing touch was needed on his bike’s front end. After a FTD florist truck rolled by and Mike spied the company logo (the wings on Mercury’s helmet), he set to carving and soon produced a mold, took it to a foundry and cast the first Cycle Wings Axle Nut Cover. Presently available in two styles, the Eagle Wing ($129.95) and the Eagle Wing with Skull ($139.95), they are precision die cast from 380 aluminum and then chrome plated. Plus there are a ton of color options using Prismatic Powdercoat (a top name in the industry) available for only an extra ten-spot.

  1. I have a 2008 Harley Davidson (Dyna) Super Glide.
How much would it cost for a front and rear set of winged skulls, Chrome plated…??
Are they attached with set screws?
    Thanks,
    Ralph.

  2. Do they have them in different colors I have a set of blue one that I pickup at one of Biggs Harley Davidson events and I just lost one need a replacement.
