Rubber-mount Harleys have long been susceptible to rear wheel steer and the instability it causes, and Rivera Primo has a fix for the problem in the form of a Stiffey. Seriously. The Stiffey is actually a pair of high-quality bushings that mount under each pillow block and onto the pivot shaft. The unit also comes with a set of shims that are model-specific. The Stiffey is an easy install using basic shop tools, although dropping the exhaust and removing the passenger floorboards is required.
