The V-Rod is one of the most aggressive motorcycles ever produced by Harley-Davidson. And in keeping with that image, Harley has introduced their V-Rod Mid-Control Kit that converts the bike from a stretched-out, forward controls position to a bent-knee, Randy Roadracer comportment, reminiscent of the short-lived Street Rod. Also ideal for V-Rod owners with short inseams, the kit includes both right and left foot peg supports, braking and shifting levers with their appropriate linkages, a replacement rear master cylinder and all the necessary hardware required for installation. The kit is designed for 2007-and-later Night Rod Special models, requires the separate purchase of model-specific brake lines and goes for $499.95.
